This discussion board is a means for people to discuss the link exchange method of distributing published link and listings throughout the internet. It is fair to say that there is benefit in this type of program when both parties approve of each other's links and listings. Extra benefit is gained when two websites exchange links between websites of related subjects that do not directly compete with each other. Webmasters may leave their link & listing here for others to decide whether or not they would like to exchange links with the website in question. Please note that trilateral link exchanges (Site A links to Site B. Site B links to Site C. Site C links to Site A.) are almost always scams and are not permitted here.
